Shipping Policy
Remicis Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”)
Effective Date: 20 January 2026
1) Delivery Coverage
We deliver within Malaysia. For remote areas or specific postcodes with special arrangements, we will inform you at checkout or via customer support.
2) Fulfilment & Shipping Method
We operate on a fulfilment-based model and use logistics/fulfilment partners to complete shipping and delivery.
To complete delivery, recipient details will only be shared with parties involved in shipping and last-mile delivery, and only to the extent necessary.
3) Order Processing Time
After successful payment, orders typically enter processing within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing may take longer if delivery details are incomplete/incorrect, contact number is unreachable, further verification is required, or due to system exceptions. We may contact you via email/WhatsApp where needed.
4) Estimated Delivery Time
The following timeframes are estimates from the payment completion date and are not guaranteed delivery dates:
West Malaysia: approximately 25–30 days
East Malaysia: approximately 45–60 days
Actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as peak season congestion, schedule changes, weather, sorting/transit issues, remote-area delivery frequency, incomplete address details, force majeure, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout and may vary based on destination, parcel weight/volume, and promotions.
6) Delivery Address & Recipient Details
Please provide accurate and complete delivery information (name, phone number, address, postcode).
Delays, failed delivery, or returns caused by the following may result in additional fees and/or responsibilities borne by the customer:
incorrect or incomplete address/postcode
unreachable phone number / no recipient available
change of address or recipient details after shipment has started (subject to logistics feasibility)
7) Tracking
If tracking is available for the selected shipping arrangement, we will provide a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/order page when it becomes available.
Tracking updates may be delayed (e.g., 24–72 hours) depending on the carrier system.
8) Delivery & Parcel Check
For your protection, please check the outer packaging upon receipt. If there is visible damage, take photos/videos and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
9) Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to ship according to the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
If delays occur, we can assist in checking with the logistics provider, and outcomes/timelines may depend on the provider’s process.
10) Not Received / Enquiry Window
If your parcel has not arrived beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us using the guide below:
West Malaysia: not received after 35 days from payment date
East Malaysia: not received after 70 days from payment date
We will assist in initiating an investigation with the logistics provider. Any compensation (if applicable) is subject to the logistics provider’s terms, evidence provided, and investigation outcome.
11) Split Shipments
If you purchase multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate batches or parcels due to fulfilment arrangements. We do not guarantee that all items will arrive on the same day.
12) Return to Sender / Re-delivery
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, no recipient available, or refusal to accept, we may (where feasible):
assist with re-delivery (additional fees may apply), or
proceed with handling according to our return/refund process (as applicable).
