2) Key Notice (Fulfilment Model)
We operate on a fulfilment-based model and use logistics/fulfilment partners to deliver orders.
Important: Customer personal data is not shared with overseas suppliers.
Overseas suppliers generally do not receive or see customers’ name, phone number, home delivery address or email. Customer personal data is only shared with parties involved in delivery where necessary (see Section 6).
3) What We Collect
We collect personal data on a minimum necessary basis, including:
Contact & Delivery Details: name, phone number, email, delivery address, postcode, recipient details
Order & Support Records: order number, items purchased, amount paid, return/refund/complaint records, customer support communications
Payment Identifiers: payment status and transaction reference numbers (we generally do not store full card details)
Website Technical Data: IP address, browser/device information, cookies (for cart, login, security and basic analytics)
Under our current process, we do not collect NRIC/identity card numbers or passport numbers.

6) Who We Share Data With
We only disclose personal data to the extent necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
Payment service providers (e.g., iPay88 and relevant partners): payment processing, risk checks, and reconciliation. We usually keep only transaction reference information.
Logistics & fulfilment partners: forwarders/agents, carriers, delivery partners/couriers, and parties involved in delivery and exception handling (e.g., failed delivery, redelivery).
IT / operations vendors: hosting, cloud services, customer support systems, analytics tools (only as needed to provide services).
Legal/regulatory authorities: where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
7) Cross-Border Processing
Because delivery logistics may involve cross-border handling, your personal data may be processed outside Malaysia or transferred overseas only to the extent necessary to complete shipping, delivery and order fulfilment.

8) Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and may retain necessary records longer for accounting/tax obligations, audits, dispute/chargeback handling, refunds/claims, and fraud prevention. After that, data will be deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data (e.g., access control, least-privilege access, HTTPS, maintenance and logging). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
